Leon V. Roubinian is a litigator in Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes practice group. He represents corporations and individuals in a diverse variety of matters.
I litigate complex commercial disputes and have represented clients in a wide range of matters, such as corporate and fiduciary liability, trade secret misappropriation, unfair business practices, breach of warranty, insurance coverage, and commercial leases. Drawing upon nearly two decades of experience, I contribute unique insights and practical, effective solutions to colleagues and clients alike. My experience encompasses all phases of litigation, including case planning and strategy, deposition practice, dispositive motions, alternative dispute resolution, trial preparation, and appeals.
Due to the impact of COVID-19 on supply chains worldwide, I anticipate an increase in litigation due to companies’ inability to meet their contractual obligations.
