I represent a wide variety of clients, including issuers, underwriters, and borrowers on a variety of public finance transactions. This includes due diligence reviews for compliance with state, local, and federal laws, and researching, drafting, and reviewing documents to assist clients with successfully financing their projects. I also represent industrial development agencies in New York State, completing due diligence reviews and drafting documents to assist clients in connection with financing various transactions.
I will be monitoring the ability of municipal issuers to continue issuing debt in light of COVID-19 and developments in the market as a result of the pandemic.
