My focus
I represent lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross border finance transactions across a variety of industries, including food and beverage, renewable energy, and hotel and homebuilding. These transactions include syndicated and single-lender facilities, mezzanine financing, cash flow and asset-based facilities, secured and unsecured facilities, and real estate and construction financing.
Looking ahead
As interest rates decline and markets stabilize over the coming year, I anticipate a spike in transaction volume and refinancings of existing facilities. As the market continues to evolve, our team remains committed to providing proactive guidance and creative solutions to help our clients navigate the changes ahead.
