Allison Strong is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Intellectual Property group. She represents entities and individuals in a wide variety of disputes and litigation.
I assist clients and attorneys across a variety of intellectual property matters. I represent clients in various phases of litigation, ranging from conducting in-depth legal research in connection with drafting memoranda for motions, to discovery and trial preparation.
Additionally, I advise clients on patent and trademark prosecution, including drafting applications and portfolio development.
Inter partes review has increased in popularity to the point of being an expectation in patent litigation practice. I consider new developments in PTAB procedure, as well as new PTAB decisions, to guide both patent litigation and patent prosecution strategy.
