My focus
I assist clients and attorneys across a variety of intellectual property matters. I represent clients in various phases of litigation, including conducting in-depth legal research, drafting motions, resolving discovery disputes, and preparing for hearings.
Additionally, I advise clients on patent and trademark prosecution, including drafting applications and developing intellectual property portfolios.
- Represent a patent owner in a patent enforcement campaign to protect its rights in semiconductor chip technology.
- Enforce the patent rights of a secure payment transactions company in the U.S. and abroad.
- Manage a portfolio of international trademarks for a leading cryptocurrency platform.
Looking ahead
Inter partes review has increased in popularity to the point of being an expectation in patent litigation practice. I consider new Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) decisions to guide both patent litigation and patent prosecution strategies.
