My focus
I represent buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions and other strategic corporate transactions throughout all stages of the business lifecycle. I also counsel emerging and established companies on a broad range of organizational and corporate governance matters, as well as day-to-day corporate questions.
Looking ahead
Recent regulatory shifts, accelerating tech adoption—including AI—and the continued drive for operational efficiency may present opportunities for growth in middle-market M&A activity.
