Sharon Willier is a paralegal assisting the Complex Commercial Disputes practice group in Nixon Peabody’s Manchester, New Hampshire, office. She has a vital role in the efficient handling of client matters.
I support the Commercial Litigation group on multiple projects that largely involve the use of technology. My favorite projects involve document review and production using CaseLogistix, and factual research and preparation of case chronologies using CaseMap. With these tech tools, I have the ability to quickly locate a particular document or key fact and can respond to an inquiry from the team in a matter of minutes.
Discovery of electronically stored information (ESI) and computer-assisted review has evolved rapidly over the past ten years. I’ve been following e-discovery issues since most litigation now includes some aspect of ESI and since e-discovery is a key component of my work.
