I work closely with attorneys on a variety of project finance, infrastructure finance, and public finance transactions. I also assist on transactions involving derivatives and swaps, liquidity facilities, and bank loans.
In my practice, I support attorneys with drafting, organizing, and tracking documents; review of due diligence materials and preparation of signature documents for various pre-closing; and closing and post-closing matters. I also interact with clients to provide up-to-date information and assist in preparation of resolutions for meeting agendas.
