Carolyn Yi-Medina is a paralegal in the Project Finance and Public Finance Group with more than 20 years of experience. She assists with a multitude of financings involving cultural, nonprofit, and higher education institutions; student loans; hospitals; assisted living facilities; housing and transportation facilities; public power facilities; and airport and stadium, and arena financings.
Carolyn is also a New York State Notary Public.
I work closely with attorneys on a variety of project finance, infrastructure finance, and public finance transactions. I also assist on transactions involving derivatives and swaps, liquidity facilities, and bank loans.
In my practice, I support attorneys with drafting, organizing, and tracking documents; review of due diligence materials and preparation of signature documents for various pre-closing; and closing and post-closing matters. I also interact with clients to provide up-to-date information and assist in preparation of resolutions for meeting agendas.
