I focus my practice on patent procurement before the US Patent & Trademark Office, coordination of corresponding foreign filings, and making strategic planning, management, and conducting due diligence of intellectual property portfolios. Particular technical areas of my practice include immunotherapies, gene therapies, drug delivery, diagnostics, and medical devices. These areas often involve computational, mechanical, or electrical innovations in addition to biological and chemical discoveries. I am also a co-inventor in several patent portfolios, so I understand the innovation process and can work effectively with inventors to assist them in protecting their intellectual property.
Staying informed and well-versed in landmark court decisions and trends in the pharmaceutical market allows patent practitioners to obtain robust and valuable intellectual property protection on behalf of clients.
