NP Capital Connector® (NPCC)

As a leader in private equity, venture capital and distressed investing, we connect companies with investors.

Our approach

The competition for deals is high. Investment firms, family offices and strategic investors are reviewing thousands of opportunities in order to execute on a select few. It is more important than ever for firms to enhance their sourcing strategy and partner with resources to help improve the quality and quantity of their deal flow.

NP Capital Connector® (NPCC) is a complimentary and proprietary referral service that can help. By paying close attention to the deal ecosystem and leveraging our network, we facilitate the flow of opportunities–more than half of which are proprietary–by introducing companies seeking capital to institutional investors.

We are not a registered broker-dealer, so the services provided by the NPCC program are limited to facilitating introductions. We are sensitive to confidentiality and do not share details outside the firm without consent. And, other than being engaged to provide legal services, we do not participate in transactions arising from NPCC introductions.

Our numbers

Each quarter, the NPCC program sources at least 50 opportunities for introduction to investors. More than half of these opportunities are proprietary, with an average company revenue of $34M and EBIDTA of $3.5M. Since inception, more than 1,800 introductions have been made, resulting in a significant number of successful transactions.

Our industries:

We are generalists and work across most industries, but we have particular depth of experience in:

  • Consumer products
  • Food and beverage
  • Health care
  • Manufacturing
  • Technology
