Kevin Fink is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Community Development Finance group. Kevin focuses his practice on renewable energy projects that generate renewable energy tax credits. He represents clients—including developers, equity investors, syndicators and lenders—on issues relating to the acquisition, development and operation of power generation projects nationwide.
I focus on representing clients involved in the acquisition, development and financing of renewable energy power generation projects. I handle due diligence review, the drafting and negotiating of primary transaction documents as well as overall project management.
I see both state activity and customer demand continuing to spur renewable energy project development. Energy storage will continue to mature and play an integral role in the development and financing of renewable energy projects.
