I focus my practice on real estate transactions involving federal low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, and public and private financing. I represent equity investors and syndicators in connection with these transactions, and primarily draft and negotiate partnership documents, track due diligence and review equity documents. Additionally, I work to ensure that each transaction runs efficiently while managing our clients’ business and timing expectations.

LIHTCs have been incredibly successful since their creation in 1986, and I expect that success will continue for years to come, benefitting individuals nationally.
