I advise multinational corporations, emerging companies and family offices on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate structuring and reorganizations, as well as commercial contract matters. My practice is centered on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions; my work is cross-industry, although many projects involve technology.

• Represented a shipbuilding group in acquiring a majority stake in a Singapore-listed shipbuilder.
