Department Attorney

My focus
Labor and Employment
I focus on helping employers navigate workplace challenges from both a litigation and counseling perspective. When disputes arise, I defend employers against claims involving retaliation, wrongful discharge, harassment, and wage and hour violations. I also work with employers proactively to manage risk, address employee relations concerns, and maintain compliance with applicable federal and state requirements. This includes developing workplace policies, drafting and updating employee handbooks, and preparing management training materials that support consistent and effective employment practices.
Securities Transactions
I guide public and private companies through changing market conditions and evolving financing strategies. As opportunities arise, I help clients address the offering, disclosure, governance, and regulatory considerations that shape a transaction’s timing and execution. I bring together the legal and practical issues that affect securities offerings, corporate transactions, and public company reporting obligations so clients can make informed decisions in a fast-moving market.
