Michael Fitzpatrick is counsel based in Nixon Peabody’s Boston office and works in the Private Equity and Investment Funds group.
I focus my practice on counseling companies with respect to corporate and business law matters, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, financing entity formation, organization and governance matters.
I represent buyers and sellers in private and public company mergers, acquisitions, sales, financing and restructurings in a wide range of businesses. Most recently, I represented a buyer in an acquisition of a business through a combined merger and asset sale, which involved negotiations with both the seller and the seller’s lender.
I work with companies on entity formation, incentive compensation and general corporate matters.
