John Gallego is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Corporate practice group and a member of the firm’s Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy team. He advises debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders on a broad range of insolvency-related matters, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings.
My focus
I represent clients in a wide range of industries across all phases of complex restructuring matters, from pre-petition planning through confirmation and post-effective date matters. My work includes advising clients in contested matters and other bankruptcy-related litigation.
Looking ahead
Leveraging the tools of artificial intelligence will reshape the restructuring practice, augmenting professional judgment and allowing greater focus on formulating and implementing tailored, value-maximizing, restructuring strategies at lower cost.
