Introduction
Natalia Gutierrez is a member of the Global Finance group and focuses her practice on the representation of major financial institutions and trust companies in their roles as trustees, custodians, administrators, and agents.
My focus
I advise a variety of financial institutions on distinct types of financings such as commercial finance, working capital and asset-based transactions, leveraged financings, and credit facilities. Prior to joining Nixon, I worked on Structure Finance and CDO transactions through all the phases of the deal, from warehousing to discharge on the corporate trustee side.
Looking ahead
With the recent failure of banks like SVB and SB, the stress in the market due to increases in interest rates and other economic aspects, is creating uncertainty of what is to come in the years ahead. My focus is to help my clients achieve their goals and to help them to increase their market share while mitigating risk.
