My focus
I represent clients across the deal lifecycle—from early-stage transactions through strategic mergers and acquisitions and exit events. My work centers on private M&A, where I support buyers and sellers in structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions, and I assist private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with acquisitions, investments, and related corporate matters.
I also help clients navigate corporate governance issues, including entity formation, board and stockholder consents, charter and bylaw amendments, and the commercial agreements that support day-to-day operations. I provide due diligence to help clients identify and address risk early, and draft and negotiate transaction documents that facilitate clean, timely execution, and position companies for what comes next.
Previously, I worked as a communications and advocacy consultant for clients in healthcare, global health, technology, professional services, nonprofit, and consumer industries, leading strategy and message development, media relations, project management, and partner/coalition management. I leverage my prior experience to deliver targeted, execution-oriented counsel and attention to detail for my clients.
Looking ahead
With AI rapidly impacting client industries, it is critical for businesses to seek partners who embrace the potential of such technology. My goal is to stay on the forefront of AI development while adding an experienced, emphatic approach in uncertain markets.
