My focus
As a member of Nixon Peabody’s Immigration team, I work with a wide range of clients on business immigration matters, including obtaining foreign talent, securing temporary work authorization, Green Cards, and U.S. citizenship for foreign workers.
Representative experience
- Successfully obtained H-1B visas and permanent resident status for numerous employees of a large US manufacturer.
- Worked with new clients and provided immigration knowledge to support the success of various non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications, including L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, TN and E-2 nonimmigrant visas, as well as EB-1 Multinational Manager, EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa petitions.
Looking ahead
As a member of the Global Immigration team, I strive to develop strategies to help our corporate clients to obtain foreign talent, particularly on a permanent basis. With USCIS’ ever-changing immigration regulations, I aim to simplify the process for sponsoring foreign workers.
