Introduction
Brady is an experienced litigator in Nixon Peabody’s Labor & Employment practice group. He represents clients in employment-related matters and complex disputes before state and federal courts.
My focus
I focus my practice on representing employers in litigation and counseling employers on recent developments in state and federal law. I have achieved favorable outcomes for my clients in claims involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, qui tam actions, and other workplace disputes.
In addition to my employment practice, I have also represented companies in complex litigation matters involving toxic torts, commercial disputes, environmental damage, construction claims and defects, mass torts, maritime accidents, and the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.
Looking ahead
There have been increasing restrictions on the use of non-compete agreements in recent years. I am closely monitoring developments in state and federal laws pertaining to non-compete agreements and trade secrets to help clients navigate these changes.
