Introduction
Daniel McMonagle is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Corporate practice group. While his practice spans a range of transactional matters, Daniel primarily specializes in bankruptcy-related work, assisting debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in a broad range of insolvency-related matters, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings.
My focus
Daniel supports clients in all phases of complex restructuring matters, including, but not limited to, legal research and drafting pleadings. He also analyzes financial and legal issues that arise in distressed situations and supports clients as they navigate the restructuring process.
Looking ahead
In the near future, artificial intelligence (AI) will augment transactional and restructuring teams. AI provides an opportunity to negotiate with better information and deliver more client-centric solutions.
