Alexandra Moore is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Corporate Transactions practice group. Alexandra represents businesses in commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and advises clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance.
I counsel public and private companies on corporate and business law matters, with a focus on providing strategically drafted agreements, organizational documents, and resolutions. Working with companies in a variety of industries, I assist clients by providing early risk detection and due diligence in middle- and upper-market M&A transactions.
