My focus
I work with both public and private companies in a variety of industries, assisting them in accomplishing their M&A transactions, particularly focusing on drafting agreements and resolutions, providing early risk detection, due diligence, and entity formation. Additionally, I represent businesses in commercial transactions, and advise clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance.
Looking ahead
As the markets stabilize over the course of the coming year, we should see an uptick in transactional activity, particularly within the middle-market space. Transactions with a focus on the mitigation of geopolitical risk are likely to remain a priority for companies.
