My focus
I work with both public and private companies in a variety of industries, assisting them in accomplishing their M&A transactions, particularly focusing on drafting agreements and resolutions, providing early risk detection, due diligence, and entity formation. Additionally, I represent businesses in commercial transactions, and advise clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance.
Looking ahead
With financing markets stabilizing, I expect a measured pickup in deal flow through 2026, led by private capital, sponsor add-ons, and carveouts. Private credit should remain a key lender as regulatory scrutiny stays high—particularly in tech, healthcare, and critical supply chains, including cross-border reviews. Activity will center on AI enablement, energy transition, and supply chain resilience, with selective distress; my focus is practical, execution-oriented counsel to get deals closed.
