My focus
I represent large financial institutions and assist clients in complex financing deals where they serve in corporate trustee and other agency capacities. I work on various secured and unsecured financing transactions across products including, but not limited to, residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, collateralized loan and debt obligations, and project finance transactions. I have experience analyzing and negotiating transaction documents for corporate bond offerings and loan agency transactions, and in advising corporate trustees and agents on secured transactions involving companies and assets held within the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
Looking ahead
I am monitoring how global economic trends will continue to impact the business and legal needs of corporate trustees and agents in structured finance transactions.
