/My focus

I advise both public and private companies on a diverse range of corporate and commercial law matters.

In the area of mergers and acquisitions, my role involves representing clients in the sale and purchase of companies and assets. This includes conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and managing all aspects from the closing to post-closing processes.

Moreover, I advise clients in the formation of joint ventures. This entails advising on suitable business structures, particularly for start-ups, and preparing key corporate documents such as shareholders' agreements and cooperation agreements.

Additionally, I advise both private and public Hong Kong companies on compliance with regulatory requirements, including HKEX and SFC regulations, along with other pertinent company law matters.

My services also extend to advising investment funds on issues related to their formation and other associated legal concerns.

Hong Kong in recent years has continued to implement measures to attract family offices, wealth managers, and fund structures which would significantly enhance the prospects of its legal industry. This initiative not only attracts more foreign investments into Hong Kong but also fosters greater international collaboration, reinforcing its status as a leading international financial hub.
