I advise clients across a variety of industries on all stages of the deal lifecycle, including formation, corporate structuring, contract negotiation, day-to-day legal and regulatory compliance matters, and employee benefits-related considerations. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
