/My focus

My practice centers on assisting private and public companies in navigating all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and reorganizations, as well as advising them on matters relating to entity formations, commercial contract negotiations, and general business operations. In the restructuring arena, I also focus on debtor-in-possession and exit financings and distressed mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Nixon Peabody, I represented not only companies in complex insolvency proceedings and financial restructuring transactions, but also corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and other financial institutions in a variety of bank financing transactions.

With creative deal making, the M&A market has remained incredibly resilient in the face of global economic uncertainties. I am dedicated to helping clients forge innovative solutions to meet these challenging market conditions head on.
