Angelo Christopher is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice group, where he focuses on patent litigation, patent prosecution and general intellectual property counseling.
My litigation practice focuses on resolving patent disputes across a wide range of technologies, including printed circuits, enterprise software, lithium-ion batteries, and others. I have experience successfully litigating complex international disputes with parallel proceedings in multiple jurisdictions and countries. I have helped prepare successful technical arguments in over a dozen inter partes review (IPR) and covered business method (CBM) proceedings.
My practice also encompasses all aspects of patent prosecution, including technical analysis, drafting applications, office action responses, reissue applications and continuing applications, appeal practice and managing local counsel for foreign office actions.
The increasingly complex global supply chains in high-tech industries will require patentees to think even more strategically about how to develop a patent portfolio that is readily enforceable worldwide to protect their business interests.
