Angelo Christopher is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice group, where he focuses on patent prosecution, patent litigation and general intellectual property counseling.
I prosecute patents with the goal of helping clients to obtain and enforce their intellectual property rights across a broad range of technologies, including the mechanical, electrical and chemical arts.
My practice encompasses all aspects of patent prosecution, including technical analysis, drafting applications, office action responses, reissue applications and continuing applications, appeal practice and managing local counsel for foreign office actions. I also assist and provide support during various stages of patent litigation.
The continuing evolution of patent law will require high quality patent applications that possess flexibility and forward thinking in order to meet our clients’ business needs today and in the future.
