New York, NY. Global law firm Nixon Peabody LLP is pleased to announce that Kevin Grant and Daniel Belostock have joined the firm’s Corporate practice as partners, as the firm expands its New York City presence.
Kevin and Dan, both of whom have a particular focus on middle-market M&A and private equity transactions, will be based in Nixon Peabody’s New York City office. Kevin returns to the firm after beginning his legal career at Nixon Peabody as an associate from 2006–2010.

Kevin and Dan have significant experience advising multinational corporations, financial sponsors, family investment offices, and private companies in connection with a wide range of strategic transactions and corporate matters, with a focus on middle-market mergers and acquisitions and growth equity. They represent numerous strategic buyers, financial sponsors, and sellers across many industries, including life sciences, industrials, technology, business services, and consumer products.
Kevin’s wide-ranging transactional practice focuses on advising multinational corporations, growth equity firms, and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. Dan has experience counseling angel investors, venture capital funds, and corporate venture arms of large corporations in connection with early- and late-stage preferred stock and convertible debt financings and in connection with exit events involving portfolio companies.

Kevin earned his JD from Northeastern University School of Law and his BA, magna cum laude, from Amherst College. Dan earned his JD from Harvard Law School and his BA from Rutgers University.
