John focuses his practice on complex transactional work for owners and developers of a variety of assets—from office parks and retail establishments, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities to HUD-financed developments, affordable housing, senior and assisted living projects, and projects involving economic development incentives, such as tax credits and municipal grants. He also has extensive experience in commercial leasing, foreclosures, workouts (including commercial mortgage-backed securities), and title insurance. John earned his JD from Whittier College School of Law and his BA from Washington College.

Josh joined the firm from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where he most recently served as Managing Attorney of the agency’s Southwest Regional Office. He has deep experience in complex market-rate and affordable housing real estate transactions, including construction and permanent financing, deal structuring, public housing repositioning, asset management, distressed projects, and the disposition of multifamily and healthcare properties. Josh earned his JD from the University of Texas School of Law and his BA from George Washington University.
Julianne Prisco

Julianne’s practice focuses on advising investors, developers, sponsors, lenders, and other clients in real estate deals related to US renewable energy projects that generate tax credits. This includes purchases, leasing, development, construction, financing, operations, sales, joint ventures, and project-siting and land-use matters. She also advises clients on real estate matters related to other commercial transactions in the renewables, energy, and power industry sectors, such as mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure, asset finance, project development, and project finance deals, including renewable energy tax credit transactions. Julianne also represents both borrowers and lenders in financing and loan transactions secured by energy real estate collateral. She earned her JD from Hofstra University School of Law and her BA from Binghamton University.
Jeffrey Rendin

Jeff has more than 20 years of experience representing a range of clients, including property owners, developers, lenders, and real estate investors, in connection with all aspects of condominium and cooperative law. He practices in two distinct areas—real estate transactions and complex dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on for-sale housing and regulated government transactions. On the transactional side, Jeff helps clients navigate the full lifecycle of cooperative and condominium projects—from drafting offering plans, amendments, and no-action letter applications for state regulators to negotiating construction and permanent mortgage financings for borrowers, as well as regulatory agreements for affordable housing projects. On the dispute resolution side, he represents developers in resolving post-conversion disputes between condo boards and sponsors and individuals and entities subpoenaed to testify in an investigation or enforcement action brought by the New York Attorney General or other city or state agencies on housing matters. He earned his JD from Brooklyn Law School and his BA from Emory University.
