A partner in Nixon Peabody’s Corporate practice and based in the firm’s Rochester office, Isaac focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic business transactions, as well as general corporate work. He advises clients on private equity offerings and federal and state securities compliance. He also guides privately held and family-owned companies through all stages of their business, including succession planning.
The Best Lawyers in America® 2026 recognized Isaac for Corporate Law and he was selected to Super Lawyers Magazine’s 2019–2023 “Upstate New York Rising Stars” lists for Mergers & Acquisitions. Outside his practice, Isaac serves on the board of directors of the Hochstein School of Music, where he also leads the school’s Governance Committee, advising on budgets, recruitment, and the establishment of internal committees.
