Our Shanghai representative office is seeking to hire a legal consultant to be part of our Shanghai legal team. This position will be located in Beijing as a resident of our subsidiary office.
Candidates must have a degree in law and be PRC-licensed. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of experience working in a legal environment. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of general corporate law and will be expected to work on various matters in different practice areas, including intellectual property. This position is responsible for providing legal research, writing, discovery and other substantive support for attorneys.
