I help clients with technology transactions and licensing, general commercial contracting, and privacy and data security projects.

I regularly draft and negotiate software and services agreements, outsourcing arrangements, referral and partner deals, reseller contracts, and data protection agreements. I also prepare online terms and privacy policies and advise clients on compliance with US state and federal data protection laws.

With experience representing companies across varied industries and of various sizes—from startups and emerging companies to large international corporations—I provide practical, business-oriented advice grounded in a clear understanding of each client’s business priorities and market position.
