My focus

I represent clients in complex commercial and business disputes across a variety of industries. My experience includes leading document review teams, researching and drafting motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions, preparing fact witnesses and experts for depositions, and second chairing depositions.

I also assist clients with internal investigations and government enforcement actions by interviewing witnesses, conducting fact finding, drafting investigative reports, and helping develop solutions based on applicable laws and employer policies.

Prior to joining Nixon Peabody, I worked as a commercial litigation associate at a New York-based international law firm

Looking ahead

I am tracking corporate compliance programs and government enforcement actions in connection with US sanctions on Russia-based entities stemming from the war in Ukraine.
