I focus my practice on corporate and securities law, with a particular emphasis on private equity M&A, as well as carve-out transactions, growth and structured equity investments, joint ventures, and other transformative capital events. I have experience advising private equity firms and strategic companies on transactions across various industries, including healthcare, consumer products, technology, and life sciences.
