    My focus

I represent a wide variety of clients on financing transactions for health systems, charter schools, colleges and universities, cultural institutions, and other nonprofit entities. I assist with reviewing a variety of documents as part of due diligence, drafting offerings and memoranda, and researching complex legal issues.

    Looking ahead

I will be closely monitoring developments with respect to the rating systems of nonprofit entities in the areas of health care and education and the opportunities to pursue taxable and tax-exempt bond financing in the wake of the global pandemic.
