CesiumAstro announced on August 12, 2026, that it had entered a definitive agreement to acquire Jariet Technologies. The strategic combination is expected to bring Jariet’s high-performance semiconductor capabilities to CesiumAstro’s vertically integrated communications and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance platform, supporting the development of next-generation capabilities from silicon to mission execution.
Jariet Technologies, Inc., is a fabless semiconductor company with engineering in California and Switzerland that focuses on high-speed data converter technology. It has established itself as a leader in mmWave RF System-on-Chip (RF-SoC) semiconductor technology, providing integrated solutions for satellite communications used in space, aerospace, and defense applications. CesiumAstro, headquartered in Austin, Texas, provides next-generation space and defense communications technologies that connect, detect, and defend across commercial, government, and national security missions.
