Clara Robertson is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Corporate Transactions practice group. Clara focuses her practice on advising clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and emerging companies.
My focus
I represent both public and private companies in a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and other transactional matters. I focus on strategically drafting agreements and organizational documents and resolutions. I provide thorough due diligence and early risk analysis in M&A deals.
Looking ahead
Despite challenges posed by the geopolitical landscape and the proliferation of new technologies, I look forward to helping clients as they are challenged to stay nimble and to recognize developing areas of opportunity in M&A.
