Marc Zhang is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Corporate Transactions practice group. Marc represents businesses in commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and advises clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance.
I counsel public and private companies on corporate and business law matters, with a focus on providing strategically drafted agreements, organizational documents, and resolutions. I work with clients across industries, with a particular focus in the technology, healthcare, and consumer verticals. I focus on cross-border transactions, litigations, and investigations, advising on issues ranging from acquisitions, capital financing (initial public offering), intellectual property protection and disputes to fraud, FCPA, and SEC investigations.
I also advise investment funds with respect to fund formation issues and other related matters.

As the market becomes more uncertain, we need to continue to be diligent and monitor the changes to provide our clients with the best advice.
