Marissa B. Wiley is a partner in the Corporate & Finance group. Marissa focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate work.
I focus my practice on mergers and acquisitions for both public and private companies and private equity transactions, including the formation, funding, growth and divestiture of privately held business enterprises.
I represent businesses in connection with their corporate needs. In particular, I assist clients in the health care industry with the structuring, growth and sale of their businesses. I also advise investors, business owners and fund managers on their investments and business activities in a variety of other industries, including technology, manufacturing and food and beverage.
I am excited about the collaborative trends that I see in the health care sector. Practices, hospitals, home health businesses, laboratories and other medical-focused enterprises are joining forces to create efficiencies and better serve their patients and customers.
On a different note, I expect to see a continued focus on technology in investments. As businesses and our day-to-day lives become more and more dependent on technology, private equity players will see continued growth in opportunities to invest in that growing and ever-evolving industry.
