New York, NY. Nixon Peabody LLP is pleased to have represented TDK-Lambda Americas Inc. (TDK), a subsidiary of the multinational TDK Corporation, in its acquisition of QEI Corporation (QEI), a foremost supplier of radio frequency (RF) power delivery equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing.
The acquisition of QEI expands TDK’s presence in the electronic components and power delivery manufacturing industry, further strengthening its position in the rapidly growing semiconductor equipment market to enhance the company’s strategic position in the AI ecosystem. A team of Nixon Peabody attorneys previously represented the multinational electronics company in its acquisition of the first company to automate end-to-end machine learning (ML) for smart edge devices.
