Introduction
My focus
My practice focuses on entertainment transactions involving intellectual property, copyright, and related legal and commercial considerations involving creative assets. I work with clients on the acquisition, licensing, and commercialization of intellectual property across the music, media, and sports industries.
My practice includes particular experience with music catalog acquisitions and other high-value music transactions, advising on copyright ownership, chain of title, royalty and income streams, contractual rights, and other legal and commercial considerations that can materially affect valuation and deal structure.
