Alexia Willis is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Labor & Employment group. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a wide variety of labor and employment matters.
My focus
I focus my practice on a variety of litigation matters, including employment defense involving wage and hour claims, wrongful discharge and harassment, class action defense, and ERISA defense, in which I support all stages of litigation.
Looking ahead
Employers must stay vigilant to be compliant with the rapidly changing employment landscape, as disfavor towards non-compete agreements increases, and equal pay laws are implemented across the country.
